Enoch Billings was born in Sedgwick Feb 18, 1783, the son of Benjamin (b. Dec. 12, 1753, Lincoln, Mass., d. Mar. 26, 1826 in Sedgwick) and Abigail Closson (b. May 27, 1757, d. Oct. 4, 1840) Billings.1
Enoch married Sally Carter (b. 1783) on Jun 1, 1806 and they had the 6 children identified by Francis A. Wood.
